Easter Monday racing at Warwick Farm has attracted a strong eight-race card.
The track is currently rated a Soft 7 and is hopeful for an upgrade with beautiful weather across Sydney.
Race 2 – Dipsy Doodle ($2.20)
We highlighted the Godolphin filly ahead of her first-up run at Randwick Kensington. She was taken to the front by Nash Rawiller that day and ran extremely well, riding a hot speed to finish third. The form out of that race has been sensational. Kimochi and Kristilli ran the quinella that day and both catapulted out of the race to run first and third in the G2 Percy Sykes Stakes at Randwick on Saturday.
Leading rider James McDonald takes the ride aboard the Lohnro filly and will be extremely hard to beat from barrier six.
Race 8 – Tidal Impact ($31)
Knock-out hope. Love the trial of Tidal Impact and the inside draw will suit the Damien Lane-trained mare. She has really sharp early speed and is a proven horse at this grade, unlike her opposition who although are talented, have been priced on potential. Tidal Impact trialled strongly over 800m at Gosford last month and has won her sole race at the track.
